1. The Championship

FitMarathi Season 1 is a 60-day online fitness transformation challenge organized by FitMorphs Fitness Pvt. Ltd. ("Organizer"). The program includes training modules, expert guidance, and community support, leading to a grand prize evaluation based on percentage physical transformation and program consistency.

2. Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: You must be 18 years of age or older as of the start date of the championship.
• Geographic Limit: Participation is open only to residents of the state of Maharashtra, India. Verification of identity and residence (e.g. Aadhaar Card) is required to claim the Grand Prize.
• Health Declaration: By registering, you declare that you are in good physical health and have no pre-existing medical conditions that prevent you from safe exercise or nutritional changes.

3. Video Verification Rules

To maintain transparency and verify the timeline of physical transformation:

• Participants must record weekly check-in videos containing the announced weekly Secret Keyword.
• Missing more than one weekly check-in video will result in immediate disqualification from the leaderboard and prize eligibility.
• All videos must follow the required recording layout guidelines (proper lighting, full body in frame, no edits or cuts).

4. Prohibited Actions

We strictly enforce a policy of safe, healthy, and natural physical progression:

• The use of anabolic steroids, growth hormones, banned fat burners, or dangerous substances is strictly prohibited.
• Submission of edited, CGI-altered, or falsified videos will lead to permanent disqualification from all FitMorphs events.
• The Organizer reserves the sole right to disqualify any participant at any stage if unsafe or unfair methods are suspected.

5. Prize Distribution

• The Grand Prize of ₹51,000 is awarded to the single overall champion as determined by the expert judging panel.
• Judges' decisions are final and binding in all aspects of the championship, including tracking accuracy and final selection.
• Taxes, if applicable on the cash prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Participation in any diet or physical training program involves risk of injury. By registering, you assume all risks associated with participation. You agree that FitMorphs Fitness Pvt. Ltd., its directors, coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, illness, or medical emergencies that may occur during the championship.
