Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the FitMarathi Season 1 championship. By registering, you agree to these terms.
Quick summary
By registering for FitMarathi Season 1 (a free championship by FitMorphs Fitness Pvt. Ltd.) you agree to: free entry with no fees; mandatory weekly check-in videos from 28 June to 30 August 2026; a strict ban on steroids, banned substances, and cosmetic surgery, with the organizers' right to require testing of any participant at any time; the judges' decision being final and binding with no appeals; and participation at your own physical risk. The overall champion receives a ₹1,00,000 cash grand prize.
- The judges' decision is final and binding. No appeals, disputes, or challenges of any kind will be entertained at any stage of the championship.
- Testing may be demanded from anyone. The Organizer reserves the right to require any participant, at any time, to undergo drug, steroid, body-composition, or medical/fitness testing. Refusal or a failed test means immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
- Weekly check-ins are compulsory. The first is on Sunday, 28 June 2026 and the last on Sunday, 30 August 2026, with a fresh Sunday to Saturday upload window every week.
1. The Championship
FitMarathi Season 1 is a 60-day online fitness transformation challenge organized by FitMorphs Fitness Pvt. Ltd. ("Organizer"). The program includes training modules, expert guidance, and community support, leading to a grand prize evaluation based on percentage physical transformation and program consistency.
2. Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: You must be 18 years of age or older as of the start date of the championship.
- Geographic Limit: Participation is open only to residents of the state of Maharashtra, India. Verification of identity and residence (e.g. Aadhaar Card) is required to claim the Grand Prize.
- Health Declaration: By registering, you declare that you are in good physical health and have no pre-existing medical conditions that prevent you from safe exercise or nutritional changes.
3. Weekly Check-In Schedule & Video Verification
This is a weekly progress competition. A check-in video is taken from every participant each week to verify the timeline of physical transformation:
- First check-in: Sunday, 28 June 2026. Final check-in: Sunday, 30 August 2026.
- Weekly upload window: Each week your upload window opens on Sunday and closes the following Saturday. You may upload your check-in video any time within that Sunday to Saturday window.
- Every weekly check-in video must contain the announced weekly Secret Keyword (spoken or shown on screen).
- Missing more than one weekly check-in window will result in immediate disqualification from the leaderboard and prize eligibility.
- All videos must follow the required recording layout guidelines (proper lighting, full body in frame, no edits or cuts).
4. Prohibited Actions
We strictly enforce a policy of safe, healthy, and natural physical progression:
- The use of anabolic steroids, growth hormones, banned fat burners, or dangerous substances is strictly prohibited.
- Submission of edited, CGI-altered, or falsified videos will lead to permanent disqualification from all FitMorphs events.
- Mandatory testing: The Organizer reserves the right to require any participant, at any time, to undergo testing, including but not limited to drug, steroid, body-composition, or medical/fitness tests. Refusal to comply, or a failed test, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
- The Organizer reserves the sole right to disqualify any participant at any stage if unsafe or unfair methods are suspected.
5. Prize Distribution
- The Grand Prize of ₹1,00,000 is awarded to the single overall champion as determined by the expert judging panel.
- The judges' decision is final and binding in all aspects of the championship, including measurement, scoring, tracking accuracy, and final selection. No appeals, disputes, or challenges of any kind will be entertained.
- Taxes, if applicable on the cash prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in any diet or physical training program involves risk of injury. By registering, you assume all risks associated with participation. You agree that FitMorphs Fitness Pvt. Ltd., its directors, coaches, and staff are not liable for any injuries, illness, or medical emergencies that may occur during the championship.
